Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in Karachi. The Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing detailed drawings, overseeing project execution, and collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to ensure project objectives are met. The role involves ensuring compliance with building codes, sustainability requirements, and aesthetic preferences while meeting project deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in architectural design, drafting, and 3D modeling using tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles, building codes, and regulations
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with clients, team members, and contractors
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Experience with construction management and site supervision is a plus
• Professional registration or certification is an advantage
