Description:

A Qualified Architect who is brave in ideation & a multidisciplinary thinker & has a visionary mindset. Able to communicate the vision through the usage of multiple softwares. This candidate should have an in-depth knowledge of all steps related to project completion and diligently communicate with necessary people to ensure timely execution. This candidate should also be able to conduct quality assurance checks on a frequent basis in order to ensure regulations are being followed during design & eventually construction. A tech-savvy, with good interpersonal skills & system creator, is what we are looking for in an ideal candidate for this role.

Responsibilities

• Create designs which clearly outline the architectural design intent of the project
• Utilize knowledge of engineering, math, science and materials in order to create an ideal finished product
• Advanced level understanding of site-related matters to ensure the quality of work
• Oversee and make recommendations throughout the entire design & construction process
• Collaborate with various teams in order to establish goals, schedules and budgets
• Coordination with International Design Consultants & local sub-consultants on a high-end development project
• Working with a multi-disciplinary design team
