Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin & HR Executive, located in Karachi. The Admin & HR Executive will oversee daily HR management and operations, implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with organizational standards. The individual will also manage administrative tasks, maintain employee records, coordinate recruitment processes and support general office management activities.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
  • Proficiency in developing, implementing, and updating HR Policies
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Human Resources, Public Administration or a related field
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a similar role is an advantage
