Honest Food Products, a rising name in bold and innovative consumer flavors, is looking for a Zonal Sales Manager to lead its commercial operations in Lahore. This is a strategic leadership opportunity for an experienced sales professional who can blend operational excellence with market-driven insights to deliver consistent business growth in a highly competitive FMCG environment.

As a Zonal Sales Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing zonal-level sales strategies, managing key accounts and distribution channels, and driving revenue growth while building a high-performance sales team. You will also work closely with marketing and supply chain functions to ensure strong market coverage and brand presence across the region.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve zonal targets across traditional trade, modern trade, and wholesale channels

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of Territory Sales Officers (TSOs) and Sales Executives to maximize performance and territory development

  • Build and strengthen relationships with key distributors, retailers, and regional clients to ensure continuous product visibility and availability

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and consumer behavior to adjust sales strategies accordingly

  • Ensure effective execution of promotional campaigns, merchandising, and brand positioning at the retail level

  • Work with the marketing team to identify growth opportunities, product positioning strategies, and regional campaigns

  • Forecast demand accurately and coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth stock movement and inventory control

  • Track sales KPIs, analyze performance data, and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing structure, and market operating procedures


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred

  • 5–6 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG industry, including at least 2 years in a managerial or zonal role

  • Strong understanding of route-to-market strategies, retail dynamics, and channel management

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

  • Proven experience in developing and mentoring sales teams

  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze numbers and translate them into actionable plans

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and CRM systems
