Description:
As a Zoho Developer, you will be responsible for the customization, development, and administration of Zoho applications such as Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, Zoho People, and others. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and implement tailored solutions using Deluge scripting, APIs, and Zoho’s ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities🔹 Zoho CRM Development & Customization
- Customize modules, workflows, layouts, fields, and blueprints in Zoho CRM
- Implement automation through custom functions, workflow rules, and assignment rules
- Integrate Zoho CRM with third-party platforms via REST APIs and webhooks
🔹 Zoho Application Development
- Design and develop custom apps using Zoho Creator and Deluge scripting
- Customize and manage Zoho Books, Zoho Projects, Zoho People, Zoho Forms, and Zoho Analytics
- Configure Zoho Flow and Zoho One integrations for business automation
🔹 API Integration & Scripting
- Build and manage API-based integrations between Zoho and external platforms
- Write Deluge scripts to automate repetitive tasks and business processes
- Create custom reports and dashboards for data analysis and performance tracking
🔹 Collaboration & Support
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and convert them into scalable solutions
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for existing Zoho implementations
- Train internal users and develop documentation for system use
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Zoho development (CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, etc.)
- Proficient in Deluge scripting and Zoho Creator app development
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and front-end web technologies is a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
