What You Will Do:

• (Primary) Write well-paced, highly engaging long-form YouTube scripts and Shorts tailored to specific target audiences.
• Engineer bad cold opens and retention hooks to maximize Average View Duration (AVD).
• Format scripts with exact B-roll cues, on-screen text, and visual pacing for our video editors.
• (Secondary) Craft direct-response ad copy and VSLs when clients require cross-platform campaigns.

What We Need:

• A proven scriptwriting portfolio. You MUST provide samples of scripts you have written for large, established YouTube channels.
• Deep understanding of YouTube storytelling, retention mechanics, and pacing.
• Strong conversational English phrasing meant to be spoken aloud.
