xiHawks is looking for a YouTube & Social Media Growth Expert to lead the growth strategy of our YouTube channel and other social media platforms. The role involves creating and executing data-driven strategies to increase YouTube subscribers, engagement, and monetization, while also managing brand presence across other social media channels like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute plans to grow YouTube subscribers, watch time, and engagement.

• Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails for better discoverability.

• Stay on top of digital trends and identify opportunities for viral or evergreen content.

• Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and influencers to boost content quality.

• Monitor and analyze YouTube analytics and social media metrics to drive improvements.

• Manage and grow the brand’s presence on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

• Plan and execute paid promotions and social media campaigns when necessary.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in YouTube channel growth and social media strategy.

• In-depth knowledge of YouTube SEO, algorithm, and monetization strategies.

• Strong understanding of social media trends, viral content formats, and platform updates.

• Analytical mindset with experience using tools like YouTube Studio, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, etc.

• Creative mindset with a passion for video content creation and storytelling.
