Youtube Maximization Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven YouTube Maximization Specialist to scale YouTube channels by increasing views, engagement, watch time, and subscriber growth. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, analytics, and audience behavior, with a proven track record of delivering measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize video titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, and chapters

• Develop and execute strategies to improve CTR, audience retention, watch time, and subscriber growth

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

• Analyze YouTube Studio and Analytics to track performance and deliver actionable insights

• Create and manage consistent upload schedules

• Repurpose long-form content into high-performing Shorts

• Run A/B tests for thumbnails and titles

• Stay up to date with YouTube trends and algorithm updates

• Support monetization efforts through ads, affiliates, and sponsorships

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of proven experience in YouTube growth and optimization

• Portfolio demonstrating results (managed channels, growth metrics, case studies, or sample work)

• Strong knowledge of YouTube SEO and algorithm behavior

• Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio and Analytics

• Solid understanding of CTR, retention, RPM, and key performance metrics

• Basic understanding of thumbnail design and hook psychology

• Ability to collaborate with editors, designers, and content creators

• Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills
