The successful candidate will leverage advanced SEO and metadata to provide the essential algorithmic "nudge," translating impressions into meaningful retention and sustainable growth. This role requires mastery of Impression Click-Through Rate (CTR), Audience Retention, and Traffic Source analysis—the true drivers of channel success in the AI era.

Key Responsibilities Include: Mastering thumbnail design and compelling title generation, optimizing long-form and short-form video (Reels/Shorts) for engagement hooks, analyzing KPI dashboards, and leveraging the Community Tab for maximum SEO impact.
