Description:

EXPRESS ENTERTAINMENT is looking to hire a YouTube Executive to manage and grow its entertainment and drama content across YouTube platform.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Clip, package, and upload drama segments, promos, teasers, and Shorts on a daily basis
• Write engaging, platform-optimized titles, descriptions, and hashtags to maximize reach
• Design and test clickable thumbnails to improve CTR and audience retention
• Manage playlists, end screens, and community posts to boost discoverability and watch time
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics including views, engagement, and retention

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Media Science, Mass Communication, or a related field
• Experience in managing YouTube content, preferably for drama / entertainment content
• Proficiency in video editing using Adobe Premiere or similar tools
• Strong thumbnail design skills using Photoshop / Canva
