Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and versatile Creative Manager to oversee the creative department and lead our brand’s visual and narrative evolution. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, requiring someone who can dream up big ideas while meticulously managing the people and processes needed to bring them to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze social media trends, algorithm shifts, and competitor performance to identify "high-signal" topics before they peak.
- Take a standard topic and develop a "creative angle" that is controversial, emotional, or intellectually stimulating to ensure maximum share ability.
- Collaborate on the "packaging" of content, ensuring the visual hook matches the narrative payoff.
- Review and refine scripts to ensure they follow high-retention storytelling frameworks (The Hook, The Retain, The Payoff).
- Oversee the visual flow of faceless content, ensuring the footage, motion graphics, and animations are paced perfectly to the VO.
- Select and manage VO talent (AI or Human), ensuring the tone, pacing, and inflection match the specific niche and audience persona.
- Manage the "Content Factory" workflow from the initial spark of an idea to the final exported file.
- Conduct "Post-Mortem" sessions on under performing videos to diagnose where the audience dropped off using retention heat maps.
- Lead an in-house team of scriptwriters and video editors, fostering a culture of rapid experimentation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years in digital content creation, with a proven track record of growing faceless channels or pages in the entertainment niche.
- The "Eye" for Virality: A deep, almost intuitive understanding of why people click and why they stay (Retention Metrics).
- Storytelling Mastery: Expert knowledge of dramatic beats, curiosity gaps, and psychological triggers used in short-form and long-form digital video.
- Technical Fluency: ○ Familiarity with Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects) to provide precise feedback to editors.
- Experience with AI Tools (ChatGPT for scripting, ElevenLabs for VO, Midjourney for assets).
- Mastery of YouTube Studio/Meta Business Suite analytics.
