Youtube Content Intern

Description:

We’re looking for a YouTube Content Intern who is curious about why some videos perform exceptionally well while others don’t.

You don’t need years of experience. We’re looking for someone with strong intellectual curiosity, analytical thinking, and an ability to spot patterns in data and audience behavior.

You’ll work closely with our content team to research YouTube trends, analyze channel and video performance, and turn data into actionable content insights.

What You'll Do

• Research YouTube channels, videos, trends, topics, and audience behavior.
• Analyze video performance and identify patterns behind high-performing content.
• Study metrics such as views, CTR, retention, engagement, watch time, and audience growth.
• Identify content gaps, emerging trends, and opportunities for new video ideas.
• Research competitors and understand what is working within different content niches.
• Assist in developing data-backed content ideas, titles, hooks, and formats.
• Maintain content research and performance reports.
• Monitor content performance and share observations with the team.
• Continuously experiment, learn, and develop a deeper understanding of the YouTube ecosystem.

What We're Looking For

• Fresh graduate or final-year student from a reputable university.
• Strong analytical and logical thinking.
• Ability to read, understand, and interpret data.
• Naturally curious about YouTube, digital content, creators, and audience behavior.
• Good research and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets.
