A8om is looking for a YouTube Automation Strategist who can plan, structure, and scale faceless YouTube channels. This role is 100% strategy-focused—no video editing, thumbnails, or voice-over work.
🔑 What You’ll Do:
Build content strategies for YouTube automation & faceless channels
Research profitable niches, video ideas, and formats
Analyze demand vs competition (RPM, trends, competitors)
Create detailed video briefs for writers, VO artists, and editors
Structure videos for strong hooks, retention, and watch time
Optimize content for Browse & Suggested traffic
Track and improve CTR, retention curves, AVD, and channel growth
Review scripts and videos from a performance perspective
Manage content calendars and publishing schedules
✅ What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of experience in YouTube automation or channel strategy
Strong understanding of YouTube algorithm & viewer psychology
Experience with faceless or automated channels
Analytical mindset with performance-driven decision making
Ability to guide teams without doing hands-on editing
Portfolio or examples of channels worked on (required)

Strong grasp of CTR, thumbnails, and SEO-based titles
Hands-on experience with YouTube Studio & Analytics
