Responsibilities:

• Provide backup to sales / Customer Service dealers regarding technical issues.
• Visit market for critical market complaints.
• Provide knowledge & training to Customer Service dealers related to hands on job.
• Technical feedback of market complaints as when required.
• Assure Pre- delivery inspection implementation / institutional support.
• Assist in trainings.
• Support in other Customer Service operations as when required.
• Provide warranty support to the customers related to technical issues.
• Customer dealing for complaints.
