Position: Workforce Manager
📍 Location: Karachi (On-Site)
Canvas Digital is on the rise, and we’re looking for a results driven Workforce Manager to keep our creative engines running at full speed. If you’re obsessed with efficiency, thrive on teamwork, and know how to keep chaos in check, this role’s for you.
Key Responsibilities
➤ Plan, coordinate, and manage daily team operations, resources, and schedules across multiple creative, marketing, and tech departments
➤ Forecast workloads, staffing needs, and capacity planning based on upcoming campaigns and project pipelines
➤ Maintain balance in workload, timelines, and deliverables across global teams
➤ Monitor productivity, efficiency, and quality of work through data driven performance tracking
➤ Collaborate closely with leadership to define KPIs, hiring plans, and operational strategies
➤ Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training for new and existing team members
➤ Act as the central bridge between cross functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment
➤ Develop and refine workflow systems, reporting dashboards, and accountability frameworks
➤ Analyze operational trends to identify gaps, improve efficiency, and elevate performance excellence
➤ Lead team meetings and reviews to communicate key updates, changes, and performance insights
Requirements
➤ 1–3 years of experience in workforce, operations, or team management (contact center, digital, or creative agency preferred)
➤ Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership abilities with a proactive mindset
➤ Skilled in scheduling, resource forecasting, and performance optimization
➤ Excellent communication and problem solving skills with a focus on solution delivery
➤ Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, ClickUp, Notion & Trello.
➤ Bonus: Understanding of real time management, reporting analytics, and workload forecasting
