We are seeking a motivated WordPress Developer to join our growing digital team. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in web development, a good eye for design, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. You’ll work closely with senior developers, designers, and content teams to build, maintain, and optimize WordPress websites.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and themes.

Assist in creating responsive, SEO-friendly, and high-performing web pages.

Work with designers to implement website layouts and interactive features.

Customize existing plugins and create simple new ones when needed.

Troubleshoot and fix bugs, performance, and compatibility issues.

Support content updates, plugin management, and website backups.

Stay up to date with WordPress updates, best practices, and new technologies.

Required Skills and Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience

6 Months to 1 year of hands-on experience with WordPress.

Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.

Familiarity with MySQL and WordPress themes/plugins.

Understanding of responsive and cross-browser design principles.

Knowledge of Git or version control tools is desirable.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Experience with WooCommerce or other WordPress-based eCommerce platforms.

Basic understanding of SEO principles and analytics tools.

Exposure to REST APIs or headless WordPress setups
