The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in custom WordPress development, theme and plugin development, performance optimization, and security best practices. The role also requires experience in team leadership, client handling, and working on international projects.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.

Build fully custom WordPress solutions (no over reliance on page builders).

Optimize website performance, speed, security, and scalability.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers and backend teams for seamless development.

Ensure clean, reusable, and well-documented code following WordPress standards.

Handle website migrations, backups, and troubleshooting.

Lead and mentor junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices.

Communicate directly with clients and manage project requirements efficiently.

Work on international client projects and meet delivery timelines.
