Role Summary
We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented WordPress Developer to accelerate their career by joining our team. This role focuses on the development, optimization, and extension of high-conversion, custom websites. A clear, fast-track path to Mid-Level seniority is available for a high-performing individual.


Key Responsibilities
Page Builder Mastery: Rapidly implement complex, custom designs and features primarily using Elementor Pro, demonstrating expertise in leveraging its theme builder functionality.

E-commerce Development: Confidently build and customize WooCommerce stores, ensuring seamless functionality and excellent user experience from product pages to checkout.

Front-End Excellence: Translate high-fidelity design mockups into truly responsive and pixel-perfect layouts using HTML5, CSS3 (SCSS a plus), and foundational JavaScript/jQuery.

WordPress Core Extension: Implement custom functionality utilizing WordPress hooks (actions/filters). Expertly manage Custom Post Types (CPTs) and integrate Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for structured content.

Theme & Plugin Management: Demonstrate knowledge of popular, lightweight Elementor-compatible themes (e.g., Astra, Hello, OceanWP) and essential performance/e-commerce plugins.

Performance & QA: Take ownership of site speed, actively optimizing performance focused on Core Web Vitals and ensuring flawless cross-browser compatibility.

Team Workflow: Utilize Git for robust version control and collaborate effectively within an Agile environment.


Required Qualifications
Solid, practical grasp of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and foundational JavaScript.
Proven ability to build and heavily customize pages, templates, and layouts using Elementor Pro is essential.

Experience in building and customizing e-commerce websites (WooCommerce).

Practical experience and familiarity with Git for source control.

Must demonstrate unwavering attention to detail and be proactive in troubleshooting.
