Wordpress Developer JD:
Front-end web experience and knowledge (HTML, CSS/SCSS and Javascript)
Back-end web experience and knowledge (PHP)
Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
Experience with extending existing WooCommerce plugin functionality
Experience in developing API integrations with 3rd party software
Some knowledge and experience setting up DNS for websites
Building bespoke HTML/CSS/PHP themes within the WordPress framework.
Building templates and emails within MailChimp monthly.
Maintaining hosting packages and staging websites (Plesk)
HTML, CSS - knowledge of bootstrap or similar frameworks
jQuery
WordPress (2+ years)
Photoshop (2 years)
PHP
Knowledge of Plesk / Apache (desired)
Knowledge of building sites modularly
Strong understanding of Git, PHP, MySQL, CSS, JavaScript.
Experience with SCSS and Webpack is a plus
Experience using WP-CLI and creating custom commands is a plus.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and project planning tools like asana is a plus.
Candidate with Shopify Experience would be given a preference
