Wireless Rigger

Description:

We are hiring Wireless Riggers to install, align, and maintain wireless antennas and microwave links. The role involves working at heights, so safety awareness and climbing certifications are a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and align wireless antennas and CPE devices on rooftops and towers

• Mount equipment such as access points, radios, and power supplies

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance

• Ensure cable routing, grounding, and weatherproofing is up to standard

• Follow strict safety protocols and ensure worksite compliance

Requirements:

• Matric/DAE with technical rigging training

• Experience in climbing and rooftop work

• Basic knowledge of wireless radio frequencies and equipment

• Physically fit, safety-oriented, and team player

• Familiar with hand tools and RF cable connections
