📌 Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Maintain, rehabilitate, and monitor GPON/fiber optic networks.
🔹 Install, configure, and manage GPON ONTs, OLTs, and related devices.
🔹 Configure & troubleshoot wireless solutions across multiple projects.
🔹 Conduct inspections & preventive maintenance of fiber and wireless infrastructure.
🔹 Diagnose & resolve network faults, service degradation, and performance issues.
🔹 Coordinate with vendors and field teams for upgrades and repairs.
🔹 Maintain documentation for devices, IP schemes, and configurations.
🔹 Install, configure, and maintain Network Management Systems (NMS).
🔹 Ensure compliance with network security protocols.
🔹 Provide technical support during expansions or changes.

🎯 Qualifications & Experience:

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Telecommunications.
✅ 3+ years of hands-on GPON & wireless networking experience.
✅ Strong understanding of fiber optic technologies, wireless protocols, and network design.
✅ Proven track record in GPON and wireless device installation & maintenance.
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
