Herbiotics Health Care is looking for a passionate, confident, and energetic Wellness Specialist to join our team in Karachi. This is a field-based role focused on educating pharmacy professionals, counseling customers, promoting Herbiotics nutritional supplements, and driving sales through product knowledge and professional engagement.
Key Responsibilities
1. Pharmacy Product Training
- Conduct product training sessions for pharmacy staff and pharmacists.
- Develop their knowledge of Herbiotics supplements, benefits, usage, and recommendations.
- Educate pharmacy teams on nutritional supplements and customer counseling techniques.
2. Customer Counseling & Sales
- Guide customers visiting pharmacies regarding nutritional needs and suitable Herbiotics supplements.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and recommendations professionally.
- Drive product sales through effective customer engagement and counseling.
- Achieve assigned daily sales targets.
3. Health Camps & Screening Activities
- Conduct health awareness and screening camps at assigned locations.
- Perform basic health assessments, including blood pressure, blood sugar, and other relevant screenings, where trained and authorized.
- Provide appropriate product information based on customer needs and within professional scope.
Candidate Requirements
- Candidates with a Pharm-D degree are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of vitamins, minerals, nutraceuticals, and dietary supplements is required.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to conduct product presentations and pharmacy training sessions.
- Strong customer counseling and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel for pharmacy visits and health camps across Karachi.
- A target-oriented mindset and commitment to achieving daily sales targets.
