Description:
Overview: Hoopdesk is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Website Project Manager to lead our Franchise Marketing Development (FMD) projects. As the main representative for FMD clients, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery call / consultation to final deliverables, ensuring that all franchise marketing materials align with client branding and industry standards.
This leadership role requires exceptional multitasking abilities and project coordination skills, managing 70+ simultaneous website & related projects and guiding a diverse team of developers, designers, and quality assurance professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for FMD clients, conducting kick-off Zoom meetings to capture project scope and objectives.
- Provide marketing insights and suggestions based on research and analysis of client needs.
- Spearhead the development of franchise marketing materials, including websites (Mainly), flyers, brochures etc
- Manage web development and graphic design teams to ensure all deliverables align with client branding and project timelines.
- Review and approve all developed materials before submission, ensuring quality and adherence to branding guidelines.
- Facilitate video presentations via Zoom to present marketing materials to clients, maintaining clear and engaging communication.
- Manage ongoing edits and updates using platforms such as Slack, Monday.com, Google Drive, Outlook, and Zoom.
- Prioritize tasks based on client urgency, leading a team of 10+ members while managing 70+ simultaneous projects.
- Provide solutions in case of project emergencies, drawing on strong web development and marketing experience.
- Continuously refine project management processes to optimize team efficiency and performance.
Technical & Operational Requirements:
- Comfortable with time tracking software that takes random screenshots to evaluate performance.
- Stable high-speed internet with a backup plan and reliable power backup.
- Access to a fully functional computer/laptop that meets the technical demands of the role.
- Must follow U.S. holidays and be available during EST working hours.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in digital marketing, web development, or a related field.
- Expertise in WordPress, branding, and marketing strategies.
- Experience in React would be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Canva.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a native English speaker style.
- Proven ability to manage and lead 70+ simultaneous website projects.
- Knowledge of U.S. and Canadian markets, including trends, culture, and consumer behavior.
- Ability to work independently and provide solutions with confidence and leadership.
