We are seeking a talented and experienced Webflow and WordPress Developer/Designer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing proficiency in both platforms and a proven track record of delivering high-quality websites for clients. As a Webflow and WordPress Developer/Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and functional websites that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Web Design and Development:
- Design and develop custom websites using Webflow and WordPress, adhering to client specifications and brand guidelines.
- Implement responsive design techniques to ensure websites are optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Create interactive elements, animations, and transitions to enhance user engagement and experience.
Content Management and Customization:
- Customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet client needs, and implement custom features and functionality as required.
- Manage content updates, page layouts, and site navigation to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Optimize website performance for speed, accessibility, and search engine optimization (SEO).
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Collaborate with the design team to translate visual designs into functional and responsive web layouts.
- Communicate project timelines, milestones, and deliverables effectively to ensure timely completion of projects.
Quality Assurance and Testing:
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance checks to ensure websites are free of bugs, errors, and compatibility issues.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise, and implement solutions to resolve technical challenges.
- Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing to ensure consistent performance across platform.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Webflow and WordPress development/design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, with a solid understanding of web design and development principles.
- Experience working with Webflow's visual design tools and WordPress's CMS capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to translate design mockups into pixel-perfect web layouts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of web development best practices, accessibility standards, and SEO principles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Clickup) is a plus.
