Web Developer & Designer

We’re on the hunt for a creative, detail-driven, and technically skilled Web Designer & Developer who excels in Webflow, Duda, and has a strong foundation in UI/UX design and web development.

Responsibilities

• Design and build custom websites in Webflow and Duda
• Collaborate on UI/UX strategies to improve user flow and engagement
• Create clean, responsive layouts based on brand guidelines or wireframes
• Implement animations, CMS structures, and integrations
• Develop custom components when needed (HTML, CSS, JS)
• Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
• Optimize websites for SEO, performance, and accessibility

Qualifications

• Expertise in Webflow and Duda with a solid portfolio
• UI/UX design skills — wireframing, prototyping, user research, usability
• Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Experience with responsive and mobile-first design
• Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Bonus: experience with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools
