• Responsible for settling the job description of Lead Web Developer
• Responsible to identify the core competencies and skill set of the Lead Web Developer

• Applicant must have experience in the selection process for Lead Web Developer.
• Applicant must have hands-on experience in full-stack development.
• Applicant must have strong programming and logical skills.
• Applicant must have sound knowledge of database designing and application architecture planning specifically for WordPress.
• Applicant must have excellent communication skills.

Requirements:

• Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any relevant Degree.
• Must have 8+ years of experience in the lead development role.
