We're Hiring: Web Developer (Frontend + PHP / Next.js)

PARADIGM DIGITAL SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD is looking for a skilled Web Developer to build, maintain, and keep our websites running in top shape.
If you write clean code, care about performance, and like owning a site end-to-end, we'd love to hear from you.

What we're looking for:
Solid PHP development skills
Strong hands-on experience with HTML and CSS
Proven experience with Next.js (and React, which it's built on)
Experience with site health management diagnosing and fixing technical issues, performance monitoring, and general upkeep
Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

📍 Location: DMCHS, Karachi (Onsite)
🕘 Shift Timing: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Night Shift)
