Web Developer

Position Overview: We are looking for a skilled Web Developer with at least 2 years of experience in WordPress development and Elementor Pro. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining high-performance websites, ensuring they are functional, secure, and optimized. You will work on various projects for our clients and collaborate with our marketing, development, and content teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences. This is a remote role, and strong English communication skills (both written and verbal) are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop websites primarily using WordPress, with Elementor Pro for customizations.

• Manage, troubleshoot, and optimize WordPress plugins to ensure smooth website operation.

• Conduct regular website maintenance to ensure sites are secure, up-to-date, and performing optimally.

• Improve website performance, including page loading speeds, and resolve bugs and errors promptly.

• Ensure that websites are mobile-friendly, responsive, and compatible across multiple browsers.

• Collaborate with marketing, copywriting, and development teams to align websites with client needs and requirements.

• Provide support for domain registration, hosting, and database management tasks.

• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure successful project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in WordPress development and using Elementor Pro.

• Strong knowledge of WordPress plugins, website management, and troubleshooting.

• Experience with website performance optimization, including speed improvements and bug resolution.

• Solid understanding of responsive design and website usability best practices.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they relate to web development.

• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work with time-tracking software and capture work activity, including random screenshots.
