We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Assistant Manager Warehouses to join our team. As the Assistant Manager Warehouses at Sehat Medical Devices, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining a smooth workflow within our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the receiving process of raw materials, ensuring accurate inspection, verification, and proper storage according to established procedures.

Coordinate closely with procurement teams to ensure timely receipt of raw materials, adhering to quality standards and quantity specifications.

Develop and implement efficient processes for issuing raw materials to production units while maintaining accurate records of inventory levels.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast material needs, optimize inventory levels, and prevent shortages or excess stock.

Conduct regular audits of raw material inventory, identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective actions.

Maintain a well-organized and efficient warehouse layout to facilitate easy access and retrieval of raw materials.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory requirements during the handling and storage of raw materials.

Generate reports on inventory levels, consumption patterns, and stock movement to aid in decision-making and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Excel, is essential for managing inventory records and generating reports
• Experience in warehouse management preferred but not required
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail in managing warehouse operations
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new software platforms.
• Understanding of warehouse operations and best practices, with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
