Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Lahore Factory, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, issuance, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely physical stock reconciliation.
Monitor raw materials, components, work-in-process (WIP), finished goods, and spare parts.
Ensure proper stock identification, labelling, storage, and traceability.
Track stock movement, interdepartmental transfers, returns, and damaged or defective items.
Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality Control, and Finance departments.
Implement warehouse SOPs and effective inventory control procedures.
Conduct regular cycle counts and physical stock audits; investigate discrepancies.
Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and receipt of finished goods.
Supervise warehouse staff and monitor productivity, discipline, and performance.
Prepare regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, discrepancies, and slow-moving items.
Maintain warehouse safety, security, cleanliness, and proper space utilization.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
5–7 years of experience in warehouse and inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Experience managing electronic components, the automotive sector, 2-wheelers, or other high-value inventory will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory control, and stock reconciliation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
Excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
