Misbah Cosmetics Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inventory management, safety compliance, and team leadership in a fast-paced FMCG environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse operations, ensuring smooth logistics and inventory flow.
- Implement inventory management principles to optimize stock control.
- Utilize Odoo ERP for efficient warehouse management (preferred).
- Enforce warehouse safety regulations and best practices.
- Lead and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Monitor stock levels, order fulfillment, and supply chain processes.
- Ensure timely dispatch and receiving of goods while minimizing losses.
- Coordinate with procurement, sales, and distribution teams to meet company goals.
- Work under pressure and meet strict operational deadlines.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management within an FMCG environment.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP (preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
