This role is crucial to ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations, which directly impact the efficiency of the manufacturing and export processes.

The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for assisting in all material handling activities including loading and unloading raw materials and finished goods, as well as organizing the warehouse to maintain optimal flow and storage. Keeping precise and up-to-date records of inventory movements and stock levels is essential, as these data help ensure accurate reporting and prevent stock discrepancies.

The role also involves supporting dispatch and receiving activities to ensure that goods are shipped and received correctly and on time. Maintaining cleanliness, proper labeling, and orderly placement of all warehouse items is vital to uphold quality standards and compliance.

Coordination is key in this position; the Warehouse Assistant will regularly interact with the store department, quality control teams, and packing units to align stock levels and ensure all departments have accurate inventory information. The ideal candidate will be a graduate with at least one to two years of relevant experience in warehouse or store departments, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
