We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creation of high-quality, visually compelling assets across digital, print, and social platforms.
In this role, you will work closely with the Creative Lead and marketing teams to transform ideas into impactful designs while maintaining brand consistency. You will also mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall creative direction of the company.

- Conceptualize and design creative assets for digital, print, and social media platforms
- Translate marketing goals and brand strategy into engaging visual designs
- Collaborate with content, video, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive campaigns
- Maintain brand consistency across all design deliverables
- Review and refine designs to ensure high quality and creative standards
- Lead brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas
- Mentor and guide junior designers on design techniques and execution
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality benchmarks
- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices
- Prepare final design files optimized for various platforms and formats
🧠Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in Graphic Design / Visual Design
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and marketing creatives
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (preferred)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Experience working in fast-paced marketing or agency environments
- Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively
- Excellent time management and communication skills
