Visual Communication Designer

Description:

We’re looking for a Visual Communication Designer with a strong sense of branding, visual storytelling, and good design taste. You should have a sharp eye for aesthetics, consistency, and detail, and be confident executing visual work independently across social media, websites, and brand touchpoints.

You must have:

• A graduation in design or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in visual design, branding, or a similar role
• A strong portfolio demonstrating branding, social media, or digital visual work
• Excellent sense of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and composition
• Strong design taste and judgment. You can identify what works and what doesn’t
• Working knowledge of Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Ability to maintain and uphold brand systems consistently
• Good communication skills and ability to interpret feedback clearly
• A proactive mindset and ownership-driven approach

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience designing social media content for brands
• Familiarity with AI tools in design workflows
• Exposure to agency or fast-paced creative environments
• Interest in how visual design supports marketing and business outcomes
• Skills in motion design, illustration, or animation
