Visibility Planning Lead

Description:

Ismail Industries Limited is looking for a results-driven Visibility Planning Lead to strengthen in-market brand presence through structured visibility planning, strong execution discipline, and effective coordination with sales and trade marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop annual and quarterly visibility plans aligned with brand and channel strategies.
- Manage POSM deployment (racks, danglers, wobblers, signage, and permanent fixtures) to ensure optimal coverage, placement, and compliance with market visibility standards.
- Coordinate closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, and external agencies to ensure timely and effective execution.
- Define and communicate merchandising guidelines, planograms, display standards as well as maintain visibility guidelines and execution toolkits for field teams.
- Drive shelf share improvement, secondary placements, and overall display quality.
- Ensure effective merchandising route plans, visit frequency, and outlet coverage.
- Monitor on-ground execution through reports, photographs, and orders.
- Track visibility budgets, utilization, ROI, merchandising productivity, attendance, and execution KPIs.
- Analyze market audits and execution reports to identify gaps and drive corrective actions.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Visibility Planning, or Field Marketing within the FMCG sector
- Hands-on exposure to GT & MT visibility execution
- Strong analytical, commercial, and category management capability
- Proven experience in budget control, vendor management, and stakeholder coordination
- Solid understanding of FMCG retail execution, POSM management and visibility planning
