Visa Processing Officer

Description:

We are seeking an experienced Visa Processing Officer to join our growing team in Karachi and Kathmandu. The successful candidate will work directly with and support our Australian RMAs, ensuring all applications are prepared and lodged in line with migration law and policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, lodge, and track a range of Australian visa applications (student, skilled, partner, employer-sponsored, visitor, etc.)
• Liaise with clients to collect documents and ensure compliance with Department of Home Affairs requirements
• Draft correspondence and maintain accurate client files
• Provide casework and administrative support to Australian Registered Migration Agents
• Stay up to date with migration legislation and policy changes
