Visa Consultant

Description:

• Communicating with clients and understanding their immigration requirements
• Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents
• Reviewing the submitted documents
• Keeping up-to-date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration laws
• Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
• Keeping clients up-to-date with their immigration status and communicating any foreseeable delays

Requirements

• Bachelor is or Master degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or a related field
• 3-5 years of work experience as an Immigration Consultant.
• Complete knowledge of the immigration laws, procedures, and other requirements any of following countries like UK, Canada, Australia, and USA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good time management and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented and research driven individual
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• Ability to offer excellent customer service
