Description:
Initouch is seeking a Virtual Sales Person for a full-time hybrid role, which is located in Lahore and includes some work from home. The Virtual Sales Person is responsible for performing various sales functions and building, managing, and growing customer relationships through inbound and outbound sales calls and email correspondence. The successful candidate will understand and articulate Initouch's value proposition to a wide range of customers and will work with the sales team to close deals.
Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential customers through various channels, including email, social media, and online networking.
- Conduct virtual sales presentations and demo calls to showcase the features and benefits of our solutions.
- Evaluate and qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through virtual interactions.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline using our CRM software to track progress and prioritize opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Generate and analyze sales reports to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Experience in software, IT, or related industry is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Qualifications
- Proven experience in virtual or remote sales environment
- Familiarity with various sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills "High fluency in the English Language is a must"
- Proficiency with virtual communication tools, CRM software, and other sales-related technologies.
