Virtual Sales Assistant

Zaphyre is seeking a motivated and organized Virtual Sales Assistant to join their on-site team based in Karachi, Shahrah-e-Faisal. The working hours are from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday through Friday, and the company provides convenient pick and drop services for employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for lead generation, managing customer relationship management (CRM) tools, and conducting outreach activities to engage potential customers and support the sales pipeline. This role demands a proactive attitude, strong organizational skills, and confidence in communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and qualify leads to support sales initiatives.

• Manage CRM systems by updating and maintaining accurate customer data.

• Conduct outreach campaigns via email, phone, or other communication channels.

• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth lead transitions and follow-ups.

• Maintain timely and organized documentation of sales activities and interactions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Organized, proactive, and confident in sales-related communication.
