SMART PROPERTY SERVICE LTD is looking for Virtual Office Assistant with following skills and experiences:
* Strong written English
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft packages, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Excellent organisational & customer service skills.
* Ability to work on own initiative.
* Able to work on AutoCad is preferable otherwise training will be provided.
Job Role:
Working from home only.
Raising & sending invoices.
Communicating with clients via emails.
Data entry into the booking system.
Keeping immaculate records of payments.
Requirements:
Must have own laptop or computer.
Backup UPS & internet.
