We are hiring Trainee(Virtual Medical Assistants) for one of our U.S. healthcare clients. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who want to build a career in the fast-growing U.S. healthcare support sector.

You will work closely with medical teams, assisting with documentation, patient coordination, scheduling, and digital healthcare operations.

⭐ Key Responsibilities

• Assist healthcare providers with digital documentation and record-keeping
• Manage appointment scheduling and call follow-ups
• Update patient information in healthcare systems (EMR/EHR)
• Support day-to-day virtual clinic operations
• Provide professional customer service through phone, email, and portals

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare/Science majors preferred)
• Excellent English communication skills — written & spoken
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
• Computer proficiency and willingness to learn medical systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
