*Key Responsibilities*
Conduct detailed online research using platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and other AI tools to gather accurate information.
Create and/or schedule content for social media and digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
Handle professional email correspondence and client communication.
Support lead generation and cold calling activities when required.
Assist in data entry, document organization, and general administrative tasks.
Coordinate with supervisors and teams to ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Take initiative, follow generic guidelines, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
*Required Skills & Abilities*
Fluent in spoken and written English - must be confident in verbal and email communication.
Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc/ICS) or A Levels in any discipline.
Strong research and analytical ability.
Basic to intermediate graphic design knowledge (Canva, Fotor, Pixlr, or similar tools).
Familiarity with social media management (posting, scheduling, engagement tracking).
Excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities.
Professional attitude, punctuality, and accountability.
