Qualifications

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • 3-5 years' experience handling Patient calls and other Front-Desk duties. (Answering phone calls, making follow-up calls, and scheduling appointments)
  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant within US Healthcare system.
  • Ability to make follow-up calls to patients for appointment reminders and updates.
