Job Overview:
We are looking for a professional Virtual Assistant to handle incoming and outgoing patient calls, schedule appointments, confirm visits, and answer basic patient inquiries.
Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills
Prior call handling or customer support experience preferred
Ability to work US time zone
