Description:

Douxl Technologies is hiring a skilled Virtual Assistant – Alibaba B2B Sales Expert to handle international sales for our UAE-based brand, BikeBoxmt LLC. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Alibaba B2B product listings, generating leads, and closing B2B sales in the Middle East market.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize BikeBoxmt product listings on Alibaba.
• Generate quality B2B leads and convert them into buyers, specifically in the UAE and KSA.
• Handle all buyer inquiries professionally, negotiate pricing, and close orders.
• Regularly follow up with leads and maintain long-term business relationships.
• Monitor order processing, coordinate with logistics team, and ensure timely shipments.
• Research trends and competitors to refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular reports to the management on progress and performance.

✅ Requirements:

• 4–5 years of proven experience in Alibaba B2B platform sales.
• Experience with international B2B markets, especially Middle East (UAE & KSA).
• Fluent in English communication (written & spoken); Arabic is a strong plus.
• Good knowledge of Middle East import/export laws.
• Able to work remotely with full productivity and coordination.
• Familiar with Alibaba dashboard, trade assurance, RFQs, and online negotiation.
