Acklib is a software agency building digital products. We are looking for a Senior Video Editor & Social Media Content Creator who can transform ideas into engaging visual content and help strengthen our digital presence across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photos and videos of our team, office, products and company events
- Edit engaging short-form and long-form videos for Youtube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other platforms
- Create promotional videos, reels, product showcases, behind-the-scenes content and employer branding videos
- Add captions, transitions, motion graphics, music, sound effects and visual enhancements where appropriate
- Design social media graphics, carousels, thumbnails and marketing creatives
- Transform technical software and AI-related topics into engaging visual content
- Plan and maintain a content calendar in collaboration with the marketing team
- Write compelling captions and social media copy
- Ensure all content aligns with Acklib’s brand identity and quality standards
- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, editing styles and platform best practices
- Optimize content for different social media platforms to maximize reach and engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in video editing for social media and digital marketing
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, Final Cut Pro or similar editing software
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or other graphic design tools
- Good understanding of storytelling, pacing, color grading, sound design and visual composition
- Comfortable shooting videos and photos using a smartphone or professional camera
- Strong knowledge of current social media trends and content formats
- Excellent creativity, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
