We have an exciting new position for a qualified Video editor to join our digital marketing team. The right person, will be a key member of the digital marketing department. You should be able to translate our company and customer needs into functional and appealing interactive videos and user-friendly web pages.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

●       Understand the requirements of a video and edit it accordingly

●       Trim video segments and put together in a sequence for a smooth flow

●       Add music, text, graphics and effects as and when required

●       Ensure logical sequencing and smooth running

●       Implement new editing technologies to maximize efficiency

 

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

 

●       Bachelor’s degree in relevant field

●       2-4 yrs proven work experience as a video editor

●       Candidate must know how to use creative ideas for efficient video editing

●       Experience of using editing software like Avid Media Composer, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Final Cut etc

●       Practical knowledge of special effects and compositing

●       Ability to extract important elements from raw video footage

●       Must be able to create embeddable web videos

SALARY RANGE:

The starting salary for this post is 50K - 70K
