Requirements:

Strong skills in Premiere Pro & After Effects

Experience with SFX, motion graphics, text animation, transitions, and captions

Ability to create strong hooks and high-retention edits

Good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and viral short-form content

Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
