Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Lahore, focused on Adobe Premiere Pro. The Video Editor will assemble and edit raw footage into compelling videos optimized for social platforms, ensuring narrative flow, pacing, and brand alignment. Responsibilities include applying color grading, audio enhancement, and basic motion graphics, as well as integrating graphics and text overlays for diverse formats such as short-form clips and longer features. The role involves collaborating closely with producers, content strategists, and designers to interpret briefs, maintain consistent visual styles, and deliver projects within deadlines. The Video Editor will also organize media assets, manage project files, and adapt content for multiple aspect ratios and platforms while continuously refining work based on feedback.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Ability to perform Video Color Grading and basic color correction to maintain visual consistency and enhance storytelling.
• Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics, including creating simple animations, titles, and overlays using industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of social media video formats, platform requirements, and best practices for Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Attention to detail, strong visual storytelling ability, and the capacity to work under deadlines on multiple projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to take feedback constructively and iterate on edits.
• Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in digital media, social publishing, or branded content production is highly beneficial.
