What you’ll do
- Edit and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, YouTube, podcasts, and events (short-form + long-form).
- Translate creative briefs into compelling visual stories, mood boards, and dynamic video treatments.
- Own end-to-end post-production: cutting, color correction, sound design, graphics integration, subtitles, and final delivery.
- Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and design teams to align messaging and optimize engagement.
- Repurpose footage across formats (reels, shorts, teasers, promos, explainers) for multiple platforms.
- Maintain organized project files, follow brand guidelines, and ensure consistent quality across outputs.
- Deliver platform-optimized exports (aspect ratios, codecs, durations) and manage quality assurance before publishing.
What you’ll bring
- Strong portfolio showcasing storytelling, pacing, and editing finesse (please share a link).
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, or CapCut Pro a plus).
- Strong motion graphics and text animation skills (2D/3D familiarity preferred).
- Understanding of social media formats, algorithms, and trends (IG Reels, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts).
- Sharp eye for rhythm, transitions, and sound synchronization.
- Nice to have: experience with AI-based video tools (Runway, Pika, Sora, Descript, etc.) and prompt workflows.
- Experience level: 3-5 years in agency/start-up settings preferred; talented fresh graduates also welcome.
